How does puff screen printing work?

Puff ink gives screen printing on clothing a three-dimensional element. The same screen printing procedures that you would use for printing 
To draw more attention to or make a certain area of the artwork "pop," you may either use puff ink throughout the entire piece of art or pick out select aspects or colors from the design.
Compared to printing with conventional plastisol ink, printing with puff ink makes it difficult to match the precise colors of Pantone ink. This is due to the fact that the puff ink additive alters various hues in various ways. But lighter Pantone colors are typically simpler to match than darker colors.


Puff Print Maintenance

 Cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly mixes are all suitable materials for puff printing. It has a transparent, opaque look, and can be made to match any Pantone color. If you want your puff prints to endure, turn your shirts inside out and dry them flat to prevent cracking.

To ensure proper care, t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel that have been puff printed should be washed according to the manufacturer's instructions. We suggest washing these items inside out.
