We run three automatic presses and 25 embroidery heads at 268 SW 12th Ave in Deerfield Beach, about ten minutes north of Atlantic Boulevard.
That distance is the whole advantage. Proofs come back the same business day you send art. Approvals happen on the phone instead of in a ticket queue. When the boxes are ready you swing by on the way to the job site, or we run them down to Pompano, so there is no freight charge and no tracking number to babysit.
It also means problems get fixed fast. A wrong size count or a last minute color change is a walk across the shop floor, not a support ticket and a two week reprint.

Two things set the number on a shirt: how many you order, and how much ink hits each one. Quantity is the bigger lever by a wide margin. 24 pieces per design for screen printing and embroidery. Under 24 we move you to DTF, which has no screen setup, rather than charge a minimum you do not need. Sizes and colors can be mixed inside the 24 as long as the artwork stays the same. Single embroidered hats and polos are fine too, priced per piece.
