How Our Contract Pricing Actually Works
Contract screen printing is not quoted per shirt. It is quoted per print, per location, and the rate drops as your quantity climbs. A 100 piece run with a one color front is priced differently than the same 100 pieces with a four color front and a one color back. Once you understand the three variables, you can price your own jobs off our card without waiting on us for a quote.
- Quantity tier Breaks at 24, 36, 48, 72, 100, 150, 250, 500, 1000 and 2000 pieces
- Number of colors Counted per location, from 1 color through 7 plus
- Print locations Each location is priced separately, so front and back is two prints
- Underbase counts as a color Most colored garments need one, so 2 color art on a dark tee prices as 3
- No setup fees No screen charges, no art fees, no reorder fees
- Garment upcharges are flat Fleece, shorts and pants add a fixed amount per piece

Do you charge setup or screen fees?
No. There are no setup fees, no screen charges, and no art fees, on new jobs or reorders.
What is your minimum order?
24 pieces for screen printing. Pricing gets competitive at 100 pieces and up.
Does the underbase count as a color?
Yes. Most colored garments require a white underbase and it counts as an additional color. A 2 color design on a black tee is priced as 3 colors.
Is pricing per shirt or per print?
Per print, per location. A front and back job is two prints per garment, each priced at its own color count.
How do rush orders get priced?
Rush is a percentage added to the print cost per location only, not the entire order. Same day runs highest and 4 to 5 day is the smallest upcharge.
Can I use your rate card to quote my own customers?
Yes. That is exactly what it is for. Distributors and shops build their margin on top of our contract rate.
Do you offer blind shipping?
Yes, on every contract order at no extra charge. No packing slips, no branding, nothing that identifies us.
