Garment photos are supplier stock images of the actual blank. A couple of the heathered colorways carry a small poly content and print slightly differently - we account for it on your mockup.

How the 3600 behaves under ink

This is the part most printers will not tell you before they take your money.

Best-in-class for fine detail

At 32 singles the combed ring-spun surface holds fine halftones, thin lines and small text that would plug or drop out on a coarser tee. Photorealistic art starts here.

Side seams, repeatable placement

Side-seamed bodies load flat and square, so a 500-piece run comes out with placement matching from the first shirt to the last.

No migration worries

100% cotton on the solid colors means no polyester dye bleed – ink behavior is predictable, run after run.

Next Level 3600 questions, answered

What is the minimum order on 3600 shirts?

24 pieces, with no setup fees. You can mix colors and sizes inside that 24 as long as the printed design is the same.

3600 or 6210 - which should I pick?

Same brand, different fabric. The 3600 is 100% combed ring-spun cotton - the pick for detailed artwork and maximum ink brightness. The 6210 is the 60/40 CVC - softer drape, slight heather, our overall volume king. If your art has halftones or fine text, take the 3600.

Can you print photos or full-color designs on it?

Yes - this is the blank we recommend for exactly that. The smooth 32-singles surface is why simulated-process and halftone work holds together on it.

Does it shrink?

Ring-spun cotton behaves well washed cold and dried low; expect minimal change. It is pre-laundered fabric, not a heavyweight boxy tee that relaxes over time.

Is it soft, or is that only the 6210?

It is a genuinely soft tee - combed ring-spun cotton at 4.3 oz. The 6210 drapes a touch silkier because of the poly, but nobody calls the 3600 rough.

Can you relabel it with my brand?

Yes - tear-away label, so private labeling is straightforward. Mention it in the form.

Do you ship, or is this local pickup only?

Both. We are in Deerfield Beach and plenty of customers pick up, but we ship orders anywhere in the US.
