Garment photos are supplier stock images of the actual blank. Triblend heathers vary slightly by nature - prints sit softer and more vintage on this fabric than on flat cotton, which is exactly why people order it. We confirm the look on your mockup before printing.

One quirk worth knowing: SanMar produces some DM130 colors as both tubular and side-seamed construction. We check construction per color when your blanks arrive so placement stays consistent - if your job needs tightly matched placement across many colors, we may steer you to the Next Level 6010 triblend instead. That is us protecting your order, not upselling.

How the DM130 behaves under ink

This is the part most printers will not tell you before they take your money.

Needs a poly-blocking underbase

Half this shirt is polyester, and that dye migrates into ink at cure temperature. Every DM130 job here runs a blocking underbase and a controlled cure – the difference between a print that stays true and one that discolors in two weeks.

Ink sink is part of the look

The rayon and heather yarn structure let ink settle between fibers, so prints come out slightly soft and faded rather than bright and plasticky. On a triblend, that is the point. If you want maximum pop instead, we will tell you to pick a different blank.

We verify construction per color

Because some colors ship tubular and some side-seamed, we check every color at receiving and adjust load and placement so a multi-color order still matches piece to piece.

District DM130 questions, answered

What is the minimum order on DM130 shirts?

24 pieces, with no setup fees. You can mix colors and sizes inside that 24 as long as the printed design is the same.

Why do prints look softer on a triblend?

The polyester and rayon in the fabric let ink settle in rather than sit on top, so prints come out with a slightly faded, vintage character. That is the triblend look and most customers order it on purpose. If you want maximum-brightness ink, a 100% cotton blank like the Next Level 3600 is the better pick.

Will the colors bleed into my print?

Not from our press. Fifty percent polyester means dye migration is a real risk, so we run a poly-blocking underbase and controlled cure on every DM130 job.

What is the deal with tubular vs side-seamed?

SanMar produces some DM130 colors both ways, sometimes within one order. Different construction means slightly different drape and print placement, so we check each color at receiving and adjust. It is a real production detail most shops ignore.

Is it see-through?

It is a light 4.5 oz fabric with drape, not a beefy tee - lighter colors are semi-sheer by design, like every fashion triblend. Darker colorways read solid.

Does it shrink?

Very little - half the fabric is polyester, which keeps it dimensionally stable. Wash cold, dry low.

Do you ship, or is this local pickup only?

Both. We are in Deerfield Beach and plenty of customers pick up, but we ship orders anywhere in the US.

Ready to price your order?

24-piece minimum. No setup fees. Same-day pricing from a shop that runs this blank every week.
