Common misconception worth correcting: the PC43 did not replace the PC54 - both are current, the PC43 is simply the lighter, cheaper tier. If you want the heavier hand for a dollar-something more, ask us to quote the PC54 next to it.

How the PC43 behaves under ink

This is the part most printers will not tell you before they take your money.

Easy, predictable printing

100% cotton at 30 singles takes ink cleanly with no drama – which is exactly what you want when the run is 500 pieces.

Where the savings actually are

On big runs the blank cost difference between a PC43 and a fashion tee is often bigger than the entire print cost. Simple art plus this blank is the cheapest legitimate way to put hundreds of printed shirts in a room.

Up to 6XL, no hunting

A true S-6XL range means the whole crew fits in one style – no substitute blanks for the big sizes.

Port & Company PC43 questions, answered

What is the minimum order on PC43 shirts?

24 pieces, with no setup fees - though this blank really shines on runs in the hundreds, where its price advantage compounds.

PC43 or Gildan 5000 - which is cheaper?

They are the two sharpest-priced cotton tees we run and it can swing either way with color and quantity, so we usually quote both. The 5000 is heavier (5.3 oz vs 4.3 oz) with more colors; the PC43 is lighter and often a touch cheaper.

Did the PC43 replace the PC54?

No - that is outdated advice you will read online. Both are current SanMar styles. The PC43 is the 4.3 oz value tier; the PC54 Core Cotton is the 5.4 oz mid tier. We print both and will quote them side by side.

Is it good enough quality for an event shirt?

Absolutely - it is a proper 100% cotton tee, just a lighter weight. For giveaways, festivals, fundraisers and one-day events it is the right amount of shirt for the money.

Does it come in big sizes?

S through 6XL, which is one of its quiet advantages - the whole team fits in one style.

Does it shrink?

Standard preshrunk cotton behavior - wash cold, dry low, minimal change.

Do you ship, or is this local pickup only?

Both. We are in Deerfield Beach and plenty of customers pick up, but we ship orders anywhere in the US.

Ready to price your order?

24-piece minimum. No setup fees. Same-day pricing from a shop that runs this blank every week.
