Can I ship on my own carrier account?
Yes. We can bill freight to your UPS or FedEx account if you prefer.
What is on the return address label?
A neutral address with no shop name or branding that would identify us as the decorator.
Will you contact my customer after delivery?
No. We have no contact with your end client at any point, before or after the order.
Do you blind ship embroidery orders too?
