12 hats per design. You can mix hat colors and sizes within that 12 as long as the embroidery stays the same. Pricing drops at 24, 50, 100 and 250 pieces, so if you are close to a tier we will tell you.
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after you approve the mockup. Rush service is available when the schedule allows, down to same-day for simple jobs, for an added fee that we quote up front.
Yes. We embroider customer-supplied hats all the time, including for other print shops and promo companies. Send us the style and quantity and we will quote the embroidery only.
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is ideal, but a clean PNG or JPG works for most logos. If you already have an embroidery file (DST) from a previous vendor, send that and we can usually run it as-is.
New logos need to be digitized for embroidery, which is a one-time setup we quote with your order. We keep your digitized file on hand, so reorders have no setup and match the first run.
Front logos usually run 2 to 2.5 inches tall and up to about 4.5 inches wide depending on the hat. Side and back hits are typically 1 to 1.5 inches. We size it on the mockup so you can see it before we stitch.
Yes. We ship nationwide and can blind-ship for resellers. Local customers can pick up at our shop in Deerfield Beach or get delivery across Broward and Palm Beach County.
It depends on quantity, hat style, stitch count and how many locations you embroider. A simple front logo on 24 hats costs less per piece than 12, and 100 or more drops it again. Send us your logo and quantity through the form and we quote the exact number, no guessing.
Embroidery is the standard for hats. It holds up to sun, sweat and washing, and it reads as premium. Printing works for flat-front foam truckers or very detailed full-color art, and we can run those too. For most logos on structured caps, embroidery wins.
