Search custom t-shirt printing Broward County and a lot of what comes back is an order desk. They take your art, mark it up, and forward the job to a plant in another state. We are not that. We run three automatic presses and 25 embroidery heads at 268 SW 12th Ave in Deerfield Beach, which is in Broward, not a sales office with a local area code.
Broward is about thirty miles end to end, so nothing here is really far. Proofs come back the same business day you send art. Approvals happen on the phone instead of in a ticket queue. When the boxes are ready you pick them up or we run them to you, so there is no freight charge and no tracking number to babysit.
We also take overflow and contract work from other print shops and promotional distributors in the county, which tells you something about the equipment and the capacity behind a retail order.

Past 100 pieces the per shirt price drops hard. Most colored garments need a white underbase, which counts as one of your colors.

Two things set the number on a t-shirt: how many you order, and how much ink hits each one. Quantity is the bigger lever by a wide margin. A one color front print at 24 pieces and the same print at 250 are not in the same neighborhood per shirt, which is why bulk t-shirt printing is where this shop is cheapest.
Ink is the other lever. Every color is another screen, and most colored garments need a white underbase that counts as one. Extra print locations add another run through the press, and fleece carries a small upcharge.

24 pieces per design for screen printing and embroidery. Under 24 we move you to DTF, which has no screen setup, rather than charge a minimum you do not need. Sizes and colors can be mixed inside the 24 as long as the artwork stays the same.
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from art approval, not from the day you email us. Rush tiers are available when press time allows: 4 to 5 day, 72 hour, 24 to 48 hour, and same day in some cases, each with an upcharge on the print cost. Call before you promise a date to anyone.

Yes. Bring your own blanks and we will print on them. Count them first and include a few spares, because misprints on customer supplied garments are the customer risk. If you would rather we source them, we buy from SanMar, S and S, and the other major mills.
Vector is best: AI, EPS, or PDF with the fonts outlined. A high resolution PNG with a transparent background works for most jobs. If all you have is a phone photo of an old shirt, send it anyway. We redraw art in house.
