A technique that layers halftone dots of several spot colors, usually 6 to 12, over a white underbase to reproduce photographic or heavily shaded artwork on dark garments.
48 pieces for 5 to 6 color designs and 100 pieces for 7 or more colors. Per-print cost drops significantly at 250 and 500 pieces.
It depends on quantity and color count. On our contract rate card a 6-color print is $2.75 per print at 250 pieces and $2.50 at 500; 7+ colors is $4.75 at 250 and $4.25 at 500. Send the art for an exact quote.
7 to 10 business days standard, with rush tiers of 4 to 5 days, 72 hours, 24 to 48 hours and same day available subject to capacity.
A high-resolution file at print size, 300 dpi or vector. We handle the color separations in house.
