Next Level Apparel · Style 6210
The softest CVC blank on the market, screen printed in our Deerfield Beach shop. It is the shirt we print more of than any other — because people actually wear it.
Real numbers back the same business day — not a range.
Tap a color to see the actual blank up top — your picks drop straight into the quote form below.
Garment photos are supplier stock images of the actual blank. Every color except Black and White carries a slight heather — part of the 6210 look. We confirm the exact shade on your mockup before anything gets printed.

Measurements are in inches with a ½" tolerance. Need a fit sample before you commit on a large run? Ask and we will send one.
This is the part most printers will not tell you before they take your money.
At 32 singles, combed ring-spun, the surface is smooth and dense enough for halftones, gradients and small type without dots breaking up.
There is 40% polyester in this shirt. On reds, royals and maroons that dye can migrate into your print days after delivery unless a blocking underbase is used. We use one. Ask any other shop whether they do.
Every color except Black and White carries a light heather, so ink sits a fraction softer than it would on flat cotton. We adjust the underbase to compensate rather than pretending it does not happen.
Deciding between this and another blank? Our guide to the best shirts for screen printing ranks the top ten by what we actually print, with the same kind of notes on each one.
24 pieces, with no setup fees. You can mix colors and sizes inside that 24 as long as the printed design is the same.
Yes. Mixing colors does not change the screen setup, so it does not add cost. What does matter is ink color: a design printed on both a light and a dark shirt sometimes needs a different ink build for each, and we will tell you up front if that applies to your art.
Typical turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from art approval. We stock the popular colors and we are a SanMar PSST decorator, so restocks land fast. Rush work is available - tell us your date and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Very little. The 40% polyester keeps it dimensionally stable, which is one of the reasons it holds up better than a 100% cotton tee through repeated washing. Wash cold and tumble dry low and it stays true to size.
That is intentional. Next Level states that every 6210 color except Black and White carries a slight heather. It is what gives the shirt its retail look rather than a flat blank-tee look.
Yes. At 32 singles the surface is smooth enough to hold fine halftones and small text. Because there is 40% polyester in the fabric we run a low-bleed underbase on saturated colors so the shirt dye cannot migrate into your print.
Yes. The 6210 has a tear-away label, so private labeling with your own woven or printed tag is straightforward. Ask us about relabeling when you send your quote request.
Both. We are in Deerfield Beach and plenty of customers pick up, but we ship orders anywhere in the US.
24-piece minimum. No setup fees. Same-day pricing from a shop that runs this blank every week.
