The 6606 front takes embroidery and patches, but mesh-back caps have a foam-lined front that rewards bold, medium-density designs. We adjust digitizing for it so the stitch lays clean.
On a two-tone trucker your logo competes with the front/bill contrast. We will tell you when white thread beats navy, and when a patch beats both – before anything gets stitched.

The 6606 has a center seam on its six-panel front. Small-to-medium center logos handle it fine; for wide designs we recommend a patch or the five-panel YP 6506 instead. We flag this on every quote.
