The 8 oz surface carries heavy, bright ink deposits – big front-chest logos, full backs, team art. This is what fleece printing is supposed to look like.
50/50 fabric can migrate dye into ink on darks and brights, so we run a low-bleed underbase where it matters. Safety Green especially – high-vis dye is aggressive, and we treat it that way.
Pocket seams and drawcords limit where art can land. We plan placement on your mockup so nothing prints over a seam or disappears under the hood.

Yes - Safety Green in this style is ANSI/ISEA 107 compliant for high-visibility programs, and we print it with the low-bleed process aggressive safety dyes need.
